This versatile machine vise handle is made from billet 6061-T6 aluminum.  Three hex positioning gives the operator fine torque adjustment control when clamping parts of any size in the vise. The vise handles are sized such that multiple vises can be in close proximity on the machine table (1") and the rotation of the handle does not interfere with its neighbor when using 6" vises. 

 

The first hex position is used for light duty clamping, second hex position is used for medium range clamping and the third hex position is used for maximum clamping force and speed movement of movable jaw.  Two vise handles can be used in unison on the same hex shaft for those really tough clamping projects. These vise handles have been tested over time where they were made.
